Total rebuild of a pretty Grade 2 Listed Lodge in Essex. This poor building had suffered from neglect, vandalism and arsen. Owner employed architect to draw plans, around which Hobbans Timberworks designed and constructed the new frame in green oak. The result is an amazingly spacious 2 bedroom dwelling with a large open plan living area downstairs leading through to a large kitchen.

Hobbans Timberworks made the Gothic Oak windows and doors to match the originals.
